Founded by veteran Juan Collazo and his son, Antonio, we are a family-run business proudly serving the entire San Diego community. Return Policy

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, please call Veterans Mobility Solutions Customer Service.

Once delivery has been accepted, the following conditions apply:

All items have a standard Restocking Fee of 25%.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.

  • The item must be in new, unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches remotes.

  • All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned. EX. Chargers, baskets, additional colored shrouds. Accessories not included in box, those purchased separately, do not have to be returned as part of a power chair return.

  • Unfortunately, outgoing freight, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, are not refundable.

Mobility Made EZ – Terms of Service

Welcome to Mobility Made EZ, a brand of Veterans Mobility Solutions LLC (“VMS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Veterans Mobility Solutions LLC DBA Mobility Made EZ provides mobility and accessibility solutions, including but not limited to wheelchairs, power scooters, lift chairs, stairlifts, ramps, bathroom safety equipment, and other adaptive home access products and services.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are acting under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Pricing, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. Custom or installed products (including but not limited to ramps and stairlifts) may require site evaluations and formal quotes prior to purchase.

Full payment is required prior to shipping or installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on product availability, location, and third-party carriers.

Veterans Mobility Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For products requiring installation, scheduling is subject to technician availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the installation site.

4. Returns, Refunds & Custom Orders

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Custom, special-order, or installed products (including ramps, stairlifts, and certain accessibility modifications) may be non-refundable once ordered or installed.

Returned items must be in unused condition unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Product Use & Warranty

All products must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and intended use.

Certain products may include manufacturer warranties. Veterans Mobility Solutions LLC does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper installation (if not performed by VMS), or failure to follow product guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans Mobility Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, modification, or unauthorized installation of products.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website and are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill services (e.g., shipping, financing).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within California.
